Usage #2

  1. Read the introduction to your team members.
  2. Have team members answer each question, one at a time.
  3. Have them share their answers with each other and you. (Tip: I’ve had good results when team members shared their ideas after each question.)
  4. Collect the results from your team and assemble your Meaning Statement.
  5. Share it with your team, discussing how you used their input.
